By using this site or ordering from Two FITS™, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping is extra and is calculated at checkout. We photograph and describe every cap as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens. We may correct pricing or listing errors at any time, even after you've ordered, and we'll contact you before going ahead if that happens.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example over suspected fraud, a pricing error or limited stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photos, logos and text on this site belong to Two FITS™. Don't reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Two FITS™ isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from products bought through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date they're posted here.
