Processing Time

We're a small, independently run operation, so orders are packed by hand in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it's on its way.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide via standard tracked post. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia, but in future releases we'll aim to ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then get in touch.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Occasionally parcels are delayed in transit. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at yougood@ii-fits.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
